Interval (For Bluebell Books Twitter Club Short Story Slam Week 23)

We stretch and flex
to make coordinates.
.
How often in daydreaming clouds
We speak our story
Clear-
.
Sorry for the first few
but not last bitterish points
I've never planned
to make before or since.
.
"See sports as orchards
of differing intervals",
"Interval" halts
the first July concert.
.
A doubtful rain on a field
gives the rhythm that
goes monotonous
and limitless.

Left Out Aloud (A Portrayal of A Sick Lady)

Solitude,
Doubts,
She hungers for crowds,
There, she sits, enjoying tea,
First, none notices that
she differs, from all the rest,
and once, she chuckles silently,
It almost hurts!
.
Clouds,
Rain,
July orchards orchestra fruitful things,
Friends have free talks and laughter at next table,
Their voice are animated,
She listens, her eyes glitter,
with outward luster,
Her mood is stirred, as if a fish in a net!
.
Limitless time,
Painful blindness,
She keeps jumping, sadly,
Her head hurts, in obstacles,
Images flash: her phone calls,
His emails, and sweet lies,
Bitterish tears well up,
She leaves the tea house, vanishes in confusion.

I love You, Families and Relatives, Happy (Belated) Birthdays!

 I only visited China once,
But felt love from my relatives
on both Mom and Dad's sides,
I appreciated the warm greetings
from aunt and uncle in Beijing,
I was tickled by their enthusiasms
at grandparents' house in Mom's side,
Grandma and uncle at Dad's side
had accompanied us all the way...
Best regards for everyone in the family,
Happy (Belated) Birthday to Mom's parents,
Your care moves me,
and your love enlightens me...

A Father's Love For Bluebell Books Twitter Club Short Story Slam Week 22

A father’s love,
A leather glove;
.
A father’s hands,
The needed power plants;
.
A father’s feet,
The strong sheet;
.
A father’s love,
High and star-shaped above;
.
A father’s care,
Wise and fair;
.
A father’s will,
The magical hill…
